| 摘 要： | Dyract复合充填料可广泛应用于临床。但临床观察显示：单靠材料的化学粘接性而不备洞容易造成充填物脱落，若制备洞型时增加机械固位力，可大大提高成功率，减少患者的复诊率。

| Abstract: | Compounded filling material of Dyract is widely used clinically.However,the clinical observation shows that only depending on chemical cohesiveness without preparing the holes mold can cause the defulvium of the filling material easily.If the mechanical retention force is increased when the holes mold is prepared,the success rate can be raised greatly and the return visit rate can be decreased. |
