| 摘 要： | 描述了一种可从蚕豆嫩叶中快速提取DNA的方法。经AFLP分析实验证实,该方法提取的DNA质量好,AFLP分析条带清晰稳定,完全适合于蚕豆分子标记鉴定所需。

| Abstract: | A new method that good quality and quantity DNA can be isolated rapidly from faba bean browse was described and then AFLP analysis was conducted. The result indicated that the extracted DNA for AFLP analysis by this method produced clear polymorphic patterns. Therefore this method could be used for extracting ideal DNA samples and be suitable for AFLP. |
