| Abstract: | The Right of Property Claim is sort of claim right,which comes from the property right.This paper discusses the necessity of setting up the system for the Right of Property Claim,because it is the essential goal to protect the Property Right and also brings the convenience to the harmonious development in legislation system and the reasonable system for the claim right as well.Thus it has of great significance to do researches into its theory and practice. |
