摘    要:以配网系统全年电能损耗和无功补偿设备投资之和最小为目标,建立了考虑系统不同运行方式下无功规划的数学模型。采用结合灵敏度分析的改进遗传算法求解数学模型,提出容性和感性无功的补偿规划原则。实例验结果表明,应用该模型和算法可以有效地对配电系统进行无功优化,优化后系统的网损明显降低,节点电压明显提高。

Abstract:In this paper, the objective function is considered as minimizing the sum of reactive power loss and investment in new adding VAR equipment which consists of different loads in one year. A sensitivity analysis based method is used to select the candidate locations for the VAR equipment. An optimization method using a genetic algorithm is proposed to determine the optimal reactive power planning. Test results have been presented along with the discussion of the algorithm. The tests of a 29 node and 33 node feeder prove the correctness and efficiency of the method.
