| 摘 要： | 人格主要指个人的法律人格、心理人格、道德人格。法律人格的实质是“平等”,心理人格的本质是“和谐”,道德人格的核心是“善良”。人格教育和养成过程中,应特别注重激发人格建设的内在意识,发挥教育者自身人格魅力的影响作用。
