在宁高校与南京互动发展评估研究

为大力推进南京国家科技体制综合改革试点城市建设工作，加快形成在宁高校和南京互相促进、共同发展的共赢格局和长效机制，构建了在宁高校与南京互动发展评估指标体系，对高校与地方互动发展情况进行评价。通过高校数据填报与自评、指标值确定、计算得分、综合分析等步骤，对2012年在宁普通高等院校与南京互动发展情况进行综合评估，将引导及促进校地双方在人才服务、科技服务、载体建设等方面加强互动。

Research on the Evaluation of Interactive Development between Local Universities and Nanjing

The paper establishes the index system of interactive development between local universities and Nanjing to evaluate the situ- ation in this field based on the work to improve the construction of Nanjing as one of pilot cities of comprehensive reform of national scientific and technological System, which creates the mutual benefit and long-term system to promote the interactive promotion and development be- tween them. This paper investigates the comprehensive evaluation information in 2012 according to steps of filing and self-evaluating, index value confirming, point calculating, comprehensive analyzing and others, which will guide and enhance the interactive development in re- spects of human resource service, scientific and technological service, carrier construction between local universities and govermnent.
