人工蜂群算法在飞机舵机电液伺服系统的应用

摘    要:针对飞机舵机电液伺服系统运行过程中存在的多余力干扰问题,提出结合改进人工蜂群算法和比例-积分-微分(proportion integration differentiation,简称PID )控制器的复合控制方法。该方法在建立系统数学模型的基础上,利用云模型和变邻域搜索对传统人工蜂群算法的选择策略和选择方式进行改进,增强算法开采能力,获得最优食物源,提高系统的加载精度和响应速度。再由PID控制器根据所得最优食物源进行控制参数在线自适应调整,提高系统的稳定性和抗干扰性。仿真结果表明:该方法能够达到飞机舵机电液伺服系统控制性能指标要求,且相较于采用传统人工蜂群算法,具有更良好的跟踪能力和多余力抑制效果,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the disturbance of redundant force in the operation of electro-hydraulic servo system of aircraft rudder, a composite control method combining improved artificial bee colony algorithm and proportion integration differentiation (PID) controller was proposed. Based on the analysis and establishment of the system simulation model, the cloud model and variable neighborhood search were used to improve the selection strategy and mode of traditional artificial bee colony algorithm, which enhanced the mining ability of the algorithm, obtained the optimal food source, and improved the loading accuracy and response speed of the system. Then the PID controller adjusted the control parameters on-line adaptively according to the optimal food source, so as to improve the stability and anti-interference of the system. The simulation results show that the method can meet the control performance requirements of the electro-hydraulic servo system of aircraft rudder, and it has better tracking ability and redundant force suppression effect than the traditional artificial bee colony algorithm, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
