摘    要:为了研究喷丸强化对铝锂合金疲劳性能的影响,本文针对Al-Li-XX和2XXX两种铝锂合金开展了8组疲劳试验,对比分析了喷丸强化对不同材料、不同取向试件疲劳性能的影响,并采用DFR法进行量化表征。结果显示:Al-Li-XX合金表现出一定的各向异性,而2XXX合金则表现出较明显的各向同性;喷丸强化对两种铝锂合金L向取样的试件疲劳性能不同程度地提高,而对LT向取样试件则基本没有影响,且喷丸强化后两种材料试件的疲劳寿命分散性均不同程度地增大。本文的研究结果有望为国产大飞机结构选材、疲劳设计及工程应用提供参考。

Influence of Shot Peeing on Fatigue Life of Al-Li-XX and 2XXX Al-Li Alloys

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of shot-peening on fatigue properties of Al-Li alloy, eight groups of fatigue tests were carried out on Al-Li-XX and 2XXX Al-Li alloys, and the effects of shot-peening on fatigue life of different materials and orientations were quantitatively characterized by DFR method, and thus compared and analyzed. The results showed that Al-Li-XX alloy shows certain anisotropy, while 2XXX alloy shows obvious isotropism. Besides, shot-peening improves the fatigue properties of L-directional specimens of two kinds of Al-Li alloys to varying degrees, but has little effect on LT direction samples, and the fatigue life dispersion of the two materials increases in different degrees after shot-peening. The research results of this paper are expected to provide reference for structural material selection, fatigue design and engineering application of domestic large aircraft.
