YF45V(CaS)钢切削加工性及易切机理

摘    要:通过诸项切削加工性对比实验证实。易切削非调质钢YF45V(CaS)比45钢正火态与调质态的切削性能均优越。这主要是易切型夹杂物在切削中起着应力集中源。包裹润滑及覆盖膜等作用。

Abstract:Compared with the commercial 0. 45wt% carbon steel.either as-normalized or as-quenched/tempered.the hot-rolled YF45V(CaS) steel was proved superior to them in machinability including chipbreakability. cutting force. cutting temperature.tool life,machined surface.etc. It was found that the reason is mainly because of its inclusions which play important roles in strees concentration,lubrication. 'encasing'effect and protective film (Belag).
