| 摘 要： | 介绍了在食品加工中对烘干过程进行控制中所遇到的难点问题，利用模糊控制技术对烘干车间温湿度控制进行了研究，并且基于MATLAB6．X(SIMULINK)语言给出了该模糊控制器的具体设计和软件实现。 |
