非机械工程类专业铸造实习教学改革探索

摘    要:为了提高实习效果,对非机类专业的铸造实习进行了改革。将铸造实习的过程划分为非常清晰的几个部分,每个部分都简单易懂且易于实现,还增加了学生作品展示评比环节。这样划分后的每一步,学生对实习效果的预期明确,使学生觉得只要努力,就能学会一定的技术,这样一步一步使学生掌握一连串的技术;最后的作品展示环节使学生学习的成就感增强,有利于提高学生学习的积极性。实践证明:这种改革方法有很好的效果。

Abstract:In order to improve the effect of college students' practice,the teaching reform of casting practice of non- mechanical engineering specialty is carried out. The whole casting practical process is divided into several parts,and each part is so easy to do for the students.In addition,the teaching links of display,comparison and appraisal for students' works are also added. The students have definite expected effects for their casting practices and they can master the casting technique step by step. The teaching links of display for students' works can improve learning interest and activeness of students. Facts have proved that this reform is very effective and easy to implement.
