| 摘 要： | 仪器分析实验教学是培养学生动手能力和实验能力的重要环节。以高效液相色谱法测定污水中对硝基氯苯和邻硝基氯苯含量为例,阐述了开放式实验教学方案可以从现有的实验内容进行拓展;阐述了该方案中实验方法的设计、方案的实施、教学效果等,适合本科学生实验教学。

| Abstract: | Instrumental analysis experiment teaching is an important part to train the ability of students to independently operate and experiment. In the paper,the HPLC determination of the content of p- nitrochlorobenzene and o- nitrochlorobenzene in sewage is taken as an example to show opening- experiment- method could be obtained and expanded from existed ones. The details of experiment design,implement and effects of the methods have been described. This is suitable for experiment teaching of undergraduate students. |
