摘    要:结合高等学校骨干学科建设中的经验,重点阐述了山东农业大学园艺学院通过更新专业人才培养理念、改革专业实践教学模式、强化专业实践教学环节、构建专业实践教学体系新框架、实验室实行对本科生全面开放、提高学生创新能力和实践能力等措施。借助高等学校骨干学科建设,改善专业实验教学基础条件,搭建高素质应用基础型人才培养特色平台取得的成效及在兄弟院校起到辐射示范作用。

Abstract:Combined with the discipline construction of higher school backbone of experience,this paper focused on the talents cultivation concept of the College of horticulture in Shandong Agricultural University. We put forward some effective measures,such as updating the professional personnel training idea,reforming practical teaching mode,strengthening practice teaching,constructing professional practice teaching system of laboratory,the new framework for fully open to undergraduates,improve the students' innovation ability and practice ability of professional comprehensive energy measures,with the help of university key discipline construction,improve the basic conditions of professional experiment teaching demonstration,radiation characteristics of platform to build successful training high- quality applied talents in colleges and universities and the basis.
