| 摘 要： | 新形势下高职院校的实训基地正在一步步的扩建和新建,面临着实训基地的设备如何更好地进行合理的使用,为了能提高高职院校学生使用设备的频率,在实训基地管理模式上必须要突破以往的教学模式,采用一种合理有效的工单制开放实训项目的管理和教学方法能很好让设备的利用率提高,并且给学生提供更多的动手操作机会。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation,training bases in higher vocational colleges have been expanded and newly built step by step. Facing the question that how to acquire better reasonable use of equipment of the training base and in order to improve the equipment using frequency of the students in higher vocational colleges,training bases management pattern must break through the previous teaching mode. This paper proposes a new management and teaching method of work order system of training project,which can raise the equipment utilization rate and give more operating opportunities for students. |
