摘    要:实验技术人员绩效考核体系是实验室管理体制改革和创新实验室运行机制的重要方面。从浙江农业大学林业与生物技术学院本科实验教学中心的实际情况出发,阐述了实验技术人员考核的现状及存在的问题,初步制定了较为合理的实验技术人员绩效考核体系,旨在探索出能有效调动广大实验系列人员的工作积极性、主动性和创造性的绩效考核方案。

Abstract:The performance evaluation system of laboratory technical personnel is very important for reforming laboratory management system and innovating its operation mechanism. From the actual situation of undergraduate experimental teaching center in School of Forestry and Biotechnology,this paper expounds the present situation of the examination of laboratory technicians and the existing problems. One set of more reasonable performance appraisal system for the experimental technical personnel was proposed,aiming to mobilize the enthusiasm of work,the majority of the staff's initiative and creativity.
