Culture Preservation and Management in Microbiology Laboratories

Culture preservation approaches were summarized such as subculture method,glycerol method,exsiccation method,lyophilization method and preservation in liquid nitrogen and so on. As to slant culture of subculture and glycerol method,excellent preservation effect will be obtained through a certain improvement measures. According to the specific circumstance,suitable preservation methods should be chosen because of different preservation duration among each other.
