摘    要:针对多层次的就业趋势和材料加工工程学科的发展态势,推行宽厚通识教育基础上的以学科知识为平台的专业教育,设计个性化、多层次人才实践培养模式。提供学生自主选择的第二课堂加深模块形式,根据兴趣和特长自由选题,满足学生个性化学习需要。构建多层次、立体化、开放式、分方向的实践教学体系。经过一年多的实践检验,取得较好效果。

Abstract:The subject knowledge as platform based on professional education is promoted by broad general education,in view of the multi- level employment trend and the development trend of material processing engineering disciplines. The cultivation model of personalized and multi- level talent practice is designed. It provides the students to choose the second classroom deepen module,according to the freedom of choice by interest and specialty. In addition,the students individualized learning needs are satisfied. The multi-level,three- dimensional,open and directional practice teaching system is constructed. After more than 1 year of practical test,we has achieved good effect.
