| 摘 要： | 学科竞赛作为培养学生创新能力的重要环节,是高质量理科教育体系的重要补充。文中在地方理科院校学科竞赛现状的基础上,针对当前地方院校理科学科竞赛中存在的主要问题,提出了地方院校理科学科竞赛活动创新人才培养的基本思路,即从完善基于学科竞赛的体系保障机制建设、建立健全开放实验教学平台、筹建创新协会、解决学科竞赛的辅导模式、学分制管理、学科竞赛指导师资队伍建设等几个方面构建基于学科竞赛活动的创新人才培养模式,实践证明,方案的可操作性强,具有较好的效果。

| Abstract: | As an important link in cultivating students＇ creativity,special subject contests are the important supplement of high-level and quality higher educational system. This paper puts forward the basic ideas for establishing the mode of cultivating innovative talent based on special subject contests at local colleges and universities. It includes establishing rules and open experimental teaching platform,preparing to construct the technological innovative association,obtaining extracurricular innovative credit,coaching and counseling mode. Facts have proved that this mode has good practicability and validity. |
