The good performance management system must be the mixing and systematical planning of various methods under the thinking mode of a system,and mustn't the result confined to one method.This paper describes the performance management system practice process in the enterprise from five aspects including enterprise strategy,organization scale,organization style,organization culture and human resource,and emphasizes the important functions of the performance management in the enterprise management process,and puts forward the thought that the clear strategy orientation must be taken as the precondition of the performance management.
