| 摘 要： | 随着研究生教育的迅速发展,传统的研究生党支部的党建工作模式已经不能满足当前研究生党员的发展需要。研究生党支部作为党的基层组织,应充分发挥自身特点,组建党支部应打破年级、班级界限,建立相近的学科方向为主,以实验室、工作室为单位的科研型党支部,以科研促党建,以党建带科研。
