| 摘 要： | 在对城市运行系统分析的基础上,建立了城市运行评价指标体系。应用层次分析法(AHP)的原理,对各指标的重要性进行专家打分,建立判断矩阵,计算各指标的权重系数。结果表明,城市基础设施运行系统所占权重最大,对城市整体运行状况影响最大,因此应加强对基础设施的运行管理。本文对城市运行指标体系中各指标的评价准则进行了定性和定量的研究,为城市运行能力评价奠定一定基础。
