| Abstract: | Conforming to the change of the world situation and our strategic needs of good and fast development, we must implement people-oriented concept in foreign language education and teaching. This concept is supposed to be reflected and carried out in the following three levels ： the establishment of our national foreign language education policy, the reform of foreign language teaching in schools and the improvement of foreign-language teachers＇ professional quality. |
