| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the construction of IP carrier network, introduces the concrete situation of the planning and construction of IP carrier network of China Unicom, illustrates that the technical indexes of IP carrier network service are superior to current open telecommunication service, and points out that the construction of IP carrier network can bring about great convenience to the operator business. |
