摘    要:本文在跟踪当今提前/拖期生产计划方法研究现状的基础上,提出了解决考虑多工序能力平衡的提前/拖期生产计划方法瓶颈问题出得一种解决方法─关键工序法,为将集MRP与JIT于一体的提前/拖期生产计划方法应用于实际架起了桥梁.

Abstract:In this paper, we propose an extension of earliness/tardiness (E/T) production scheduling problem. It is called the keyprocess method. This method can make master prodution scheduling (MPS) through E/T production scheduling considers multi-process capacities for manufacture systems. Thus, it provides an efficient way to combine the ideas of justin-time (JIT) with manufacturing resource planning (MRP-Ⅱ) systems that makes possible for the implementation and integration of MRP-Ⅱ and JIT.
