| 摘 要： | 现有的战略风险评价方法有着不同程度的局限性.随着系统动力学(system dynamics,SD)在管理领域应用的逐步扩展,将其用于管理控制的研究也开始出现.通过研究系统动力学方法在战略风险评价和控制中的适用性,依据战略风险的特点建立系统基模,并进行系统仿真,以证明系统动力学方法在战略风险的评价与控制中的有效性及优势.

| Abstract: | There exist different limitations for existing strategic risk assessment methods. With the increasing application of system dynamics (SD) in management area, there appeared the study of SD application in management control. The paper proved effectiveness and advantages of SD in strategic risk assessment and control by means of studying the applicability of SD for strategic risk assessment and control, establishing system archetypes in accordance with characteristics of strategic risk, as well as making system simulation. |
