摘    要:采用灰色理论模型,用MATLAB语言编程,对304奥氏体不锈钢的腐蚀失重试验数据进行分析、检验,进而预测出未来时段的腐蚀量.一致性检验结果表明,预测模型的计算值与实际测定值非常接近,说明灰色预测方法可以真实地反映腐蚀失重的实际情况.该方法可进一步预测试样的腐蚀趋势.

Abstract:The data of weight-loss of stainless steel 304 was checked and analyzed by using the model on grey theory and programming with MATLAB language,so that the corrosion amount at other times could be predicted.The result of consistence examination showed that the evaluation of corrosive data with this prediction model was very close to that with actual measurement,showing that the grey prediction method could predict actual corrosive weight-loss and predict further the trend of corrosion for the test sample.
