基于有限元的卡带式快开盲板应力分析与可靠性研究

快开盲板是一种能快速开启和关闭的机械装置。本文主要基于有限单元法对卡带式快开盲板总体结构进行应力分析和强度校核，应用Monte Carlo数值计算方法对其进行模拟实际操作工况抽样，得出盲板各部分结构工作时的安全可靠度，及所能承受压力的数学期望，并掌握了盲板各部分结构的强度储备情况。

The Reliability Research and Stress Analysis about the Quick Opening Closure with Locked Hoop by Finite Element Method

The quick opening closure is a mechanical device which can open and close quickly. This paper main about stress analysis and strength check to the whole structure of quick opening closure with locked hoop by the finite element analysis, sampled every random variable by means of simulating practical operational working condition using Monte Carlo numerical method, safety reliability and expectation that the closure can endured were derived, it has been mastered the State of intensity storage.
