| 摘 要： | 在普通高校开展武术散打运动，对大学生的素质教育和终身体育锻炼都会起到积极的促进作用．采用问卷调查法、统计分析法和专家访谈等研究方法，对辽宁省5所普通高校公共体育课选修情况进行调查，了解和掌握普通高校学生参与散打运动的现状，分析影响他们选修散打运动的因素，为高校的教学改革及推动武术运动发展提出建议和对策．

| Abstract: | With the combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, comparative analysis, and statistics analysis, this study focuses on the elective course of Sanda and makes an investigation in Liaoning Normal University,in order to learn and grasp the current situation that how college students participate Sanda and to analyse the reason why college students take Sanda as an elective course. Then it provides suggestions to improve the teaching in colleges and to promote the development of Wushu. |
