| 摘 要： | 建筑节能是指在保证室内热环境质量的前提下，减少供热、空调制冷制热、照明、热水供应等的能耗。对比国外建筑节能现状后，根据我国建筑节能当前发展状况，提出了通过抓标准建设、严格执行建筑节能设计标准，最终实现人类的可持续发展。
