| 摘 要： | 针对一般评价体系无法解决大型企业不同业务单元及不同发展阶段国际化经营能力评价等问题，提出了一种基于层次分析法（analytic hierarchy process， AHP）和模糊理论的评价模型。该模型将业务单元和同一业务单元的不同发展阶段等要素纳入一个体系下，构建了一种有效的综合评价体系，从而获取了大型企业国际化经营能力评价结果。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem that general evaluation system cannot conduct the internationalization management capability evaluation of different business units and different development stages of large enterprises, an evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory is put forward. The business units and the different stages of the same unit are incorporated into one system, so that an effective comprehensive evaluation system is built. Therefore， the capability evaluation result of large enterprise internationaization management is obtained. |
