摘    要:研究企业激励理论,通过构建激励机制提高企业经营效益,减少企业治理成本是当前经济学和管理学研究热点之一。文章通过分析当前国有企业激励机制中存在的主要问题和激励理论在企业中的应用,针对我国国有企业治理结构现状,提出构建国有企业经营者及员工激励机制具体措施和建议。

Abstract:It has always been hot in the fields of economics and management that the incentive mechanism is set up to improve the managing benefit of the enterprises and to decrease the cost of corporate governance with the research on the incentive theories of the enterprises.The problems about the incentive mechanism in the stated-owned enterprises and the application of incentive theory in the enterprises are analyzed.Meanwhile the author puts forward the specific countermeasure and suggestions on how the incentive mechanism of operators and employees of the stated-owned enterprises will be based on our corporate governance structure.
