| 摘 要： | 中国社会主义市场经济是在计划经济的基础上建立起来的。中国计划经济体制表现为低水平和不稳定性发展的特点，这些特点对市场化改革的影响体现为一种相互矛盾的双重作用：一方面促使市场经济改革的必要性提前成熟，另一方面又增大了改革的阻力，造成了改革的长期性和渐进性。

| Abstract: | The Chinese socialist market economy was established on the basis of planned economy which featured low-level and instable development.So the influence of the planned economy on the market-oriented reform was embodied as a contradictory dualfunction.On one hand,it protruded the necessity of market-oriented reform;on the other hand,it enlarged the resistance in the process,resulting in a prolonged and progressive reform. |
