| 摘 要： | 加快经济发展，缩小与经济发达地区间的差距，已成为湖南西部各市、州政府的工作重点。基于此，提出了西部地区的高校图书馆应建设具有特色的专业信息数据库，并加强与其他类型信息机构之间的协作，建立图书馆动态联盟，为西部地区经济建设提供优质信息服务的发展思路。

| Abstract: | Accelerating the economic development and narrowing the gap between the economically developed regions and economically developing regions have become the focal points of the work of all cities and prefectures in the west part of Hunan Province. Based on such situations, this paper puts forward some developing ideas for the university libraries in the western regions of constructing the special information database with characteristics, strengthening the cooperation with other kinds of information institutions, setting up the dynamic coalition of libraries, and providing the quality information services for the economic construction of the western regions. |
