摘    要:为研究指纹摩擦特性.设计出一种新型摩擦特性测试试验台。该试验台利用气体作为润滑剂,运用有关润滑原理和气体运动方程,分析其工作原理以及重要部件气体静压支承装置的设计计算方法。实现了借助简单装置测量微小摩擦力的目的,为研究微小摩擦特性问题提供了方便。

Abstract:An innovative test-bed that utilizes gas as the lubricant to study the frictional characteristics of fingers has been designed. The test-bed consists of a gas bearing as its major element. Principles of lubrication theory and kinetic equations of gases are employed to analyse the working principle and the design method of the bearing. As a result, tiny frictional forces can be measured with a simple (device). It provides a convenient means for the study of tiny friction.
