胀果甘草内生枯草芽孢杆菌净化污水的研究

摘    要:文章利用罗布泊甘草内生枯草芽孢杆菌(barcillus subrilis)对不同废水样的有机物的降解进行研究。通过重铬酸钾回流法和紫外分光光度计法检测两种模拟污水和生活污水的化学需氧量(COD)。结果表明,甘草内生枯草芽孢杆菌单株菌不能快速降解水中有机物,但两种菌株所组成的复合菌株对模拟水样I有一定的降解能力,72h的COD降解率较显著。五种菌株在48h时对用麦麸制作的模拟水的降解率为5.53%。四种菌株在144h对水中残渣物有分解能力,其分解率可达47.3%。

Microbial Purification of Wastewater Preliminary Study

Abstract:The experiment to plant endogenous bacillus subtilis for different kind of organic matter degradation of the waste water. Through the potessium dichromate reflux method and uv spectrophotome- ter method to detect two simulated wastewater and sewage chemical oxygen demand (COD). The results indicated that the plant endogenous bacillus subtilis bacteria can't rapid degradation of simple columnar or- ganic matter in water, but the two strains of composite strains of the sewage has certain degradation abili- ty, 72 h COD degradation rate are obvious. Five strains in 48 h of the simulation of water with wheat bran making the degradation rate of 5.53%. Four strains of water in the 144 h or have residual decomposition a- bility, the decomposition rate can amount to 47.3%.
