| 摘 要： | 文章以当下科技期刊青年编辑群体为研究对象，针对青年编辑工作中出现的职业困惑，专业问题等进行分析，分析了科技期刊青年编辑职业中存在的问题原因，构建了科技期刊青年编辑群体职业提升路径。

| Abstract: | In this paper, in order to present young editors of scientific periodicals groups as the re- search object, the occupation confused young editor appears in the job, professional issues were analyzed, discussed the reasons of occupation in the presence of young editors of scientific journals, construct the young editors of scientific periodicals group occupation the path of ascension. |
