高校教师人力资源开发的师德研究

摘    要:在社会转型时期,有的高校教师不同程度地存在着师德缺失和失范问题。因此,应该建立健全师德建设的调控机制,切实帮助教师增强师德修养的自觉性,以及营造良好的社会氛围,使师德他律与师德自律辩证地结合,提升高校教师师德的境界,使高校教师人力资源开发取得最大的成效。

Abstract:During the period of social transformation, some teachers in colleges and universities are, to different degrees, having problems of degenerating teaching ethics and failing norms. Therefore, a sound coordinating mechanism for building teaching ethics should be established to help teachers enhance their self-motivation of teaching ethics and morality, and to create a favorable social atmosphere in which supervision and self-motivation could be combined together to improve teaching ethics in colleges and universities so that human resource development for teachers in colleges and universities could achieve optimal effect.
