摘    要:依据离散单元方法,应用DEM仿真软件对转载过程进行计算机仿真.针对当前采用DEM方法尚不能做到微小颗粒的计算,通过对颗粒粒度为75,100,150 mm的对比计算,得出颗粒粒度在50~300 mm范围内与实际运行条件比较接近.提出了采用冲击系数来表征冲击的大小,该参数可以在不同的落料高度、颗粒大小等差异情况下对冲击效应进行比较,通过计算机仿真得出了单个颗粒和颗粒流的最大冲击力和冲击系数,较好地反映了颗粒流冲击的效应.根据颗粒作用在输送带上的法向力趋于物料重力的结果,验证了计算结果的正确性.

Abstract:Based on discrete element method(DEM),the DEM software was used to simulate the bulk material handling process.Considering the current DEM method cannot be applied to calculating the motion of tiny particles,the particles were comparatively simulated with sizes of 75,100 and 150 mm and it was found that the results were close to the actual operating conditions for particles with sizes of 50~300 mm.The impact coefficient was proposed to characterize the impact influence,which can be used to compare the impac...
