| 摘 要： | 设计质量的优劣,设计水平的高低,直接影响工程项目的功能和使用价值,关系着国家财产和人民生命安全。业主方对设计的管理,在项目建设全过程控制中起着关键作用。以多个项目管理实例,分别从理论和实务两个层面提出了基于项目建设全程控制的设计管理方法。

| Abstract: | The quality and the level of design which have directly impact on the function and value of projects are crucial to state property and people's lives.The design management of the project owner plays a key role in the whole control process of the construction.Multiple instances of project management are analyzed from both theoretical and practical perspectives.Some suggestions for design management and construction control are put forward. |
