| 摘 要： | 非圆齿轮因其节曲线为非圆形,设计计算复杂,加工仿真困难.根据非圆齿轮的设计和线切割理论,主要介绍运用Pro/E中的绘图模块创建非圆齿轮实体参数模型的方法,根据制造模块对非圆齿轮进行线切割加工.创建非圆齿轮加工刀具路径,进行刀具及工艺参数设置,模拟刀具加工过程,后置处理过程分析,生成数控加工程序.对加工进行仿真分析验证,...
