| 摘 要： | 以首钢2160热轧工程为背景,开发其主传动交交变频调速装置.阐述了数字控制的交交变频-同步电动机矢量控制系统构成及主回路的主要技术特点,重点研究了晶闸管触发和速度控制问题.开发了带负荷观测器的速度调节系统,解决了负载变化给系统带来的动态品质下降问题.研究结果已经用于现场,取得了速度控制静态精度优于0.01%,以及动态响应时间小于50ms的良好效果.
