| 摘 要： | 分析了已有的水资源承载力计算方法,筛选了辽宁沿渤海地区的重点产业,设计了基于国家总体发展愿景和最大限度反映地方发展意愿的两种辽宁沿渤海地区经济发展方案,跨行政区域预测了辽宁沿渤海地区经济发展的需水量、可供水量,计算了区域的水资源承载力.预测到2015年,按照两种经济发展方案,辽宁沿渤海地区水资源承载力均有盈余;到2020年,按照后一种经济发展方案,辽宁沿渤海地区水资源承载力将超载,届时水资源将每年短缺5.2亿m3.
