| 摘 要： | 通过对创新型企业、创业精神概念的讨论，指出创新型企业区别于非创新型企业之处在于是否拥有创业精神。创新型企业的企业精神中最重要特征是创业精神，其持续不断的创新活动是在创业精神驱动下的外在表现。最后，以招商银行为例对创新型企业的创业精神进行了系统分析。

| Abstract: | By discussing the concepts of innovation-oriented businesses and enterprising spirit,this paper concludes that the difference between the innovation-oriented and the non-innovative enterprises is its pioneering spirit.The entrepreneurship is an important feature of enterprising spirit on innovation-oriented enterprise,and its continuous innovational activity is driven by entrepreneurship.Finally,a case from China Merchants Bank is analyzed. |
