摘    要:采用机械活化+热压烧结方法制备出Fe3Si基Fe3-xCrxSi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)合金,并对热压产物进行物相、微观组织以及力学性能分析.结果表明:Fe3Si中的部分Fe原子被Cr替代,晶体结构不变,主相仍是Fe3Si;随着Cr替代量的增加,衍射峰依次向低角度偏移,晶格常数增大.随着Cr含量的增加,Fe3-xCrxSi合金的组织趋向细小均匀化,硬度增大,抗压强度先增大后减小.以元素Cr进行合金化,一定程度上提高Fe3Si基合金的硬度和强度.

Abstract:Fe3Si-based Fe3-xCrxSi(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)was prepared with the method of mechanical activation combined with hot-pressing sintering.The phase,metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of hot-pressed products were analyzed.The result showed that partial substitution of Cr for Fe-atoms in Fe3Si did not change the crystal structure and the main phase was still Fe3Si.With the increase of Cr content,the lattice constant gradually increased and the diffraction peak shifted sequentially to low angular positi...
