基于ADAMS和ANSYS的刚柔耦合模型分析

摘    要:结合机械动力学分析软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS进行联合仿真.利用动力学仿真得到的载荷谱读入到ANSYS中,得到更为准确的结果;另一方面,考虑到实际机械系统中柔性体的影响,构建了一个刚柔耦合模型,从而可以更加真实地模拟机构的动态性能,提高了计算精度,结果表明柔性体对机构运动精度的影响不容忽视.

Abstract:The mechanical dynamics analysis software of ADAMS and the finite element analysis software of ANSYS are combined to co-simulate.The more actual results are obtained through importing the load spectrums achieved from dynamic simulation to the finite element software of ANSYS.On the other hand,it constructs a rigid-flexible coupling model considering the influence of flexible body in the actuat mechanical system,gets a more real simulation of the institution of the dynamic performance and improves the calcul...
