摘    要:介绍一种新型机械法旧砂再生系统及其在水玻璃铸钢件中的应用,对水玻璃再生砂与新砂的粒度分布、工艺性能进行了对比研究,结果表明,水玻璃再生砂的表面圆整度比新砂好,终强度比新砂高,而且该机械法旧砂再生新技术在生产中应用取得了良好的效果,很好地解决了水玻璃旧砂水爆清砂所带来的环境污染问题.

Abstract:A new mechanic reclaiming system for used sand has been developed, and its application on steel castings process with sodium silicate sand was introduced. The properties of the reclaimed sand were investigated in contrast to the new sand. The results showed that the reclaimed sand has more round shape than the new sand. After application of this new technology to the casting process, the results showed that this technology is effective, and it can solve the environmental pollution problems produced by the traditional reclaiming technology.
