| Abstract: | In this paper, the market supply situation and the potential market demands for commodity residence in Nanjing city are analyzed in detail from the subject and object aspects of the estate market. Then, from the market object angle, various market demands of consumers are analyzed. Finally, from the investors point of view, the investment direction is analyzed to help the investors with decision making. |
