摘    要:在实验室中测定6个体重组(12.24,17.93,22.06,27.27,32.52和39.73g)的罗氏沼虾亲虾的基础代谢,以探讨体重变化影响代谢的规律。结果表明,耗氧率和氨氮排泄率都随体重的增大而减少,其关系可表示为:RO=1.6393W^0.4638和RN=0.7915W^-1.2780.不同体重亲虾的能耗率和能源物质的供能比有显著性的差异.

Abstract:Six groups of parent female Macrobrachium rosenbergii (De Man) with weights ranging from 12.2g to 39.7g , were reared in laboratory. Their standard metabolism was studied in order to determine the effect of body weight on metabolism. Both respiration rate ( R O) and excretion rate of ammonia-N ( R N) decreased with increasing body weight ( W ). The relationships could be expressed as: R O= 1 639 3 W -0 463 8 and R N=0 7915 W -1 278 0 , respectively. The rate of energy consumption and the ratio of metabolic substrate varied significantly with the body weight. The rate of energy consumption decreased linearly with increasing body weight. Protein was the dominant metabolic substrate in the lighter groups, but its part in the substrate decreased with increasing body weight. Lipid increased its part in substrate with increasing body weight, and became dominant instead of protein in the heavier groups.
