由机械专业招生就业现状谈人才培养和就业市场构建

通过对西南科技大学机械设计制造及自动化专业近三年招生就业状况的调查分析，提出该专业的人才培养定位应是面向生产线的高级应用型技术人员，培养的目标应是机、电、计算机相结合的“三位一体”的“一精多能，敬业爱岗”的高级专业技术人才；在人才培养过程中，要严抓质量，狠抓实践教学环节，加强和改进思想道德建设和创新意识、创新能力的培养；同时对开拓就业市场提出了合理化建议。

Education of Talented Person and Building of Employment Market from Present Condition of Enrollment and Employment of Mechanism Profession

After investigating and analyzing the students recruiting and employment about the mechanism design and automatic profession of Southwest University of Science and Technology in late three years, it is presented that the talented person education of this profession should develop the high - application - technical person according to the production line. The talented person should be the Trinity of mechanics, electricity and computer, and should be versatile and job lover. In process of talented person education, the teacher should focus on quality improvement and pratical education procedure and enforce the morality development and innovating ability. At the same time, some advices are given about employment market expansion.
