| 摘 要： | 以中药生产数字化为研究主题,以中药滴制生产线数字化过程为实际背景,给出了滴制过程从数据采集、数据处理、过程建模到测控系统建立的研究思路.研究首先建立了滴制过程的数据采集平台,然后在此基础上对滴制过程数据进行分析,寻找影响滴制质量的关键因素,建立产品质量控制模型,最后对所建模型的输入空间进行寻优以确定最佳制剂工艺参数用于指导生产.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the digitalization method of the chinese materia medica pipule manufacturing process. Firstly the data collection platform of pipule manufacturing process is constructed. Then models of the pipule manufacturing process are constructed based on data collected. Finally the technological parameters are found by optimizing the models. In the end of this paper some research advancements are introduced. |
